In order to implement the “one belt and one road” strategic and promote the economic prosperity of Guangzhou, CCPIT, Guangzhou cross-border electricity supplier Industry Association, Hong Kong Yuezhan Group will jointly hold the 2018 China international Cross-border E-commerce & Goods Expo / 2018 China International Cross-border Summit Forum (hereafter referred to as ICEE/ICEF). With the approval of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau, this exhibition will take place at Pazhou Poly World Trade Center in Guangzhou from July 21st to 23rd 2018.
This grand meeting consists of product’s exhibition and summit forum, the exhibitors’ field cover financing institution, logistic provider, industrial park and project investment. The exhibition will last for 3 days. That will be expected to attract more than 300 exhibitors and 30 thousands visitors.

The background of event and reason for initiation:
The 2014 was the year called “the first year of cross-border electronic commerce”. As one of the demonstrative city of national electronic commerce and pilot cities of cross-border electronic service, the number of cross-border E-commerce enterprise in Guangzhou reached 879 in 2015. The total export-import volume of cross-border electronic-commerce was 6.85 billion Yuan of the whole city, with an increase of 3.7 times. The total amount of the city is one of the highest in China.
Nowadays, the coming of the network economic age makes E-business being an inexorable trend of business development in the future. With the gradual opening of the 12 China Cross-border E-commerce comprehensive pilot areas, Guangzhou is recognized as the greatest potential city for the development of cross-border E-commerce. This city is a coastal city which develops the foreign trade over thousands of years. Most of the Cantonese merchants get a roaring reputation from the foreign merchandiser because of their honesty and tolerance.
On October 15th, 2015, the deputy mayor of Guangzhou, Cai Zhaolin had a meeting on the establishment of the Guangzhou Cross-border electricity supplier Industry Association. A majority of core members were present for discussing the current situation and the common question of cross-border E-commerce in Guangzhou.
During the meeting, Cai Zhaolin put forward suggestions for development of cross-border electronic commerce in Guangzhou．He said that “practicability” is the character of Guangzhou area but lacks exchange between the industries in pilot area of cross-border electronic-commerce is the main problem. How to exhibit the result of Guangzhou cross-border electronic-commerce Industry has become one of the measures for developing Guangzhou cross-border electronic commerce.
Therefore, in order to show the premium status of Guangzhou in the field of Cross-border E-commerce, the China International Cross-Border E-commerce Industry Alliance and Guangzhou Cross-border electricity supplier Industry Association decided to organize the ICEE/ICEF. The cross-border e-commerce enterprise could use this opportunities to strengthen the contacts with the government. Meanwhile, we will sincerely invite the consulates of different countries and enterprise from each pilot area of cross-border electronic-commerce. We hope to utilize the resources and advantages of each co-organizer for building together “the best Cross-border E-commerce expo” in China
Review of 2017
2017 China (Guangzhou) International Cross-border E-commerce Exhibition and Summit Forum was held at Guangzhou Pazhou PWTC Expo on July 21st – 23rd and this expo achieved the largest scale and the highest specification in China currently. This expo won high praise from Guangzhou Municipal Government, foreign enterprises and audience at home and abroad, and more than 300 enterprises from 15 countries and regions and more than 20 domestic provinces and cities attended the exhibition, including Alibaba, Amazon, Guangdong Foreign Trade Group, Vipshop, BOC, ICBC, eBay, lianlianpay, Senda International, FUNSENS, Sam Cold Chain, Inspur Group, Qingong International, and Zhengyang. More than 100 teams from 15 countries and regions, including Australia, Japan and Korea, participated in the exhibition, and 295,682 audience were attracted, of which, 260,000 were on-line and 35,682 were offline. Nearly 100 media gathered in Guangzhou, including Guangzhou Daily, GDTV, people.com.cn, Sina.com, and CIFNEWS to report the grand event of the exhibition.
A variety of activities and forums was organized, the forum was totally full.
The exhibition consists of forum and product’s expo. During the exhibition, we had organized successively the various forum likes the ICEF forum, Sino-Korea fair, “one belt one road” global world cross-border summit forum, Australian product promotion seminar, Japanese product fair, EBay session, etc. Speakers of those forums interpreted the industry trend during the forum and have attracted thousands of audience.
All activities during the exhibition were broadcasted online
The new highlight of the exhibition is 3 days live online broadcast the whole exhibition. Those visitors that can’t present also have the opportunity to enjoy this grand meeting. The live show attracted two hundred thousand online audiences. They can participate in all the activities such as forum, interactive game, etc.
Sister school organizes an online game connecting the online star and spot visitor also online audience. On the spot, the visitor can participate in the interactive game like blindfolded touching things, Shiatsu sheet. The exciting game attracts over a hundred thousand audiences.
This was the first time that the Chinese Baking Culture Festival organizing at the exhibition. It gave visitors a multi sensory of experience. Besides, the organizer developed a TV reality live show “I am a super cake maker”. All visitors have the chance to taste the cake and take part in DIY baking. This activity brings lots of sensation for the visitor which is the combination of traditional culture and modern fashion.
The AR Virtual attracts most of the visitor’s attention. The spot audience downloads the application in order to scanner the QR Code on the beautiful girl. This experience achieves the publicity effect and gives the audience a sense of fun and excitement.
The highlights of 2018
This conference will be mainly aimed at agents, traders, O2O enterprises and import platforms, has introduced high-quality products from over 36 countries, especially tier-one products that can rarely be seen in the markets of North America, Europe and South America currently. All the public or professional audience can buy the newest products during the exhibition.
During the three-day exhibition, the committee will start the industry fund for promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce. On spot, the government will issue the Blue paper about the development of cross-border electronic commerce. The attending guests could discuss the situation of Chinese cross-border Electronic-Commerce in the first half of 2018.
The exhibition is positioned for internationalization. Professionalization and high-class oriented. It will focus on the tendency of Chinese cross-border electronic commerce and its inclusive growth.
The exhibitions will consist mainly of forum and goods’ expo. The forum and good’s expo could complement and promote each other. Concerning about the cross-border e-commerce export, we will invite the leader export enterprise to have the speech. Plenty of the products will be on display with the presence of import electric merchant.
We are honored to invite the General administration of customs of the people’s republic of China, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic and other organization’s representatives to attend the exhibition. The various themes of forum will be held during these 3 days. Also, we are glad to invite the intentional cross-border e-commerce tycoon to discuss the new trend of cross-border e-commerce under the open world economy.
